“User” means any visitor, customer, engineer, buyer, contractor, consultant, or other person accessing the website or downloading content.

“Content” includes text, files, CAD models, drawings, previews, metadata, product data, spec sheets, images, documents, and related materials.

Updated terms become effective when posted on this page, unless stated otherwise.

Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to any feature, file, or page.

By submitting catalogs, drawings, CAD files, specifications, product data, trademarks, logos, images, or other materials, the Supplier/Manufacturer represents that it owns those materials or has the legal right to provide them to us for use in the Services.

The Supplier/Manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted content is accurate, current, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.

We may rely on the Manufacturer’s instructions, approvals, and representations regarding submitted content.

The Supplier/Manufacturer grants us a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license during the service term to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, convert, display, organize, and publish submitted content as needed to provide the Services.

This includes the right to create derivative digital assets, such as cleaned CAD models, preview renders, structured metadata, product pages, downloadable files, and related library content, solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed Services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Supplier/Manufacturer retains ownership of its original source materials, trademarks, and product information.

Ownership of deliverables created by us, including processed CAD assets, structured libraries, metadata systems, preview assets, website components, and supporting content, will be governed by the applicable service agreement, proposal, or statement of work.

Our platform methods, workflows, templates, internal tools, software logic, and service processes remain our property.

The Supplier/Manufacturer agrees to:

• Provide accurate and sufficiently detailed product data.
• Review samples, drafts, and outputs within reasonable timelines.
• Provide approvals, corrections, and final confirmations as needed.
• Ensure internal authorization for branding, product publication, and file release.
• Use deliverables in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.

Where approval steps are part of the engagement, the Supplier/Manufacturer is responsible for reviewing and approving content before public release.

Once approved or published at the Manufacturer’s instruction, the Supplier/Manufacturer accepts responsibility for the commercial accuracy of the final published product information, subject to our obligations under any separate written agreement.

Paid services are governed by the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, or separate service agreement.

We may suspend work, hosting, support, or access to certain services in the event of overdue payments, material breach, or non-cooperation.

Users may access the website and download available content solely for lawful internal evaluation, design, engineering, specification, procurement, or related business use, subject to any file-specific restrictions shown on the website.

Users must not use the website or downloaded content for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

Unless we expressly allow it in writing, Users must not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit downloaded files.
• Upload downloaded files to third-party libraries or marketplaces.
• Use downloaded content to train AI models, machine learning systems, or automated datasets.
• Reverse engineer protected website systems or automated download workflows.
• Use bots, scrapers, or bulk extraction tools without permission.

Where account creation or lead forms are used, Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity that occurs under their account.

We may suspend or terminate access where information is false, misleading, abusive, or used to evade restrictions.

CAD files, drawings, product data, dimensions, previews, and technical materials are provided for general information and convenience.

Users remain responsible for independently verifying fit, dimensions, tolerances, performance, manufacturability, regulatory suitability, and project-specific compatibility before relying on any content in production, procurement, or installation.

All website design, branding, text, graphics, software, layouts, and platform-related materials are owned by us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

No right, title, or interest is transferred except as expressly stated in these Terms or in a separate written agreement.

You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or disruptive material.
• Interfere with website security, hosting, or availability.
• Misrepresent your identity, company, or intent.
• Attempt unauthorized access to restricted systems or data.

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Suppliers/Manufacturers and Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful conduct.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services at our discretion where there is misuse, breach, payment default, legal risk, or operational necessity.
